Two Faces of Election Fraud

What does the 2020 election look like from the other side?

You can't understand someone until you've walked a mile in their shoes.

 - Anonymous American proverb

In these days where the gulf between America's political tribes is as deep as the Grand Canyon, as wide as the Pacific, and growing by the minute, it's all too easy to simply dismiss the other side as the embodiment of evil, whether that be illustrated by Hitler, the Antichrist, Attila the Hun, George W. Bush, or whatever else defines evil for you.

And, let's face it - the rank bigotry on display at the level of elected Democrat officialdom comes pretty close to qualifying, when you consider that some of their proposed policies are literally what the Book of Revelation foretells as the hallmarks of the Beast and the End of Days.

Does that apply right down the line to your neighbor who voted for Sleepy Joe?  We'd like to think not, but it's become almost impossible to have a reasoned discussion of the issues with anyone.  As evidence, we offer this account of a LA Times editorial "What can you do about the Trumpites next door?"

The author was dismayed to find that her Trump-supporting neighbor had plowed her snowy driveway without being asked!  She had no idea how to respond to this act of neighborly kindness.  Her agonizing over whether to say "Thank you," and if so, how should she do it inspired a minor tweet-storm of ridicule, but getting along in spite of political disagreement is a real problem for many people.

Yet, one of the greatest attributes of the Internet is that it does allow anyone to put their views out for the world to see.  The Tech Lords may make it hard for anyone to find conservative views, but they do still exist - and the Left suffers from no such disability.

Thus it is that we found this truly striking, well-articulated, and intensely thought-provoking article from a far-lefty with whom we most likely share not one single political view other than a strongly-shared desire to not see Americans bludgeoning each other to death en masse with clubs and machetes as occurred in Rwanda after everyone ran out of bullets.

A Democrat voter?

First Find Your Premises, so You Can Check Them

You wouldn't suspect this from the title: "Election Integrity Is Why Trump Lost the Election, and Why the Dems Will Lose at Trial" - and we'll examine what the author is getting at in due time.  But he leads with a highly relevant point, which many conservatives have also been making from the opposite direction:

The House [impeachment] managers didn't address the Republican story of why Trump and the rioters are American heroes. In the eyes of Trump's followers, Trump and the rioters fought like hell against a stolen election.

Do tell!  That, as it happens, somewhat lines up with our own beliefs - except that we decry the violence and destruction that took place, and have absolutely no sympathy for the people who end up arrested, tried, and convicted for actual crimes of violence if such there be.  The original premise of a large, angry group of citizens expressing their fury at a stolen election, though, is both heroic and in the best American tradition, the handful of criminals and provocateurs aside.

We'd also take issue with the idea that Trump "fought like hell" - indeed, we find his post-election "strategy," if that's even the right word, to have been singularly incompetent.  He fought like hell only insofar as he did hellishly badly at it.

But the writer makes a good point: If, as they claim, Democrats truly believe that Joe Biden won the election fair and square, then why on earth wouldn't they be the ones demanding a full audit and recount of every last ballot in every single disputed county?  What better way to enshrine their dominance than by rubbing conservatives' noses in an actual, rock-solid repudiation by genuine bona-fide American voters?

If, as they claim, the House Democrats believe that then-President Trump started an insurrection to overturn an election based on lies that it was stolen, shouldn't they have made even a passing attempt at proving that accusations of election fraud were in fact lies?  The impeachment proceeding simply accepted a totally fraud-free election as Holy Writ, which - well, as the article puts it:

The House managers refused to do that. I doubt they convinced a single Trump voter that the election was not stolen.

This has the ring of absolute truth.  If there are any persuadable people left in this country, nothing was said during the trial that would persuade them in the direction of a squeaky-clean Biden administration.  If anything, they'd be more likely to be persuaded that Democrats are hypocrites, liars, and frauds, as Mr. Trump's attorneys proved live and in living color.

The lefty author, of course, does believe that Mr. Biden legitimately won, and is disappointed in Democrats' failure to argue that case.  But this brings us to perhaps the most interesting point: why, exactly does he believe the election to be both free and fair?  Let him answer in his own words:

The House managers refuse to explain how this was one of the cleanest elections in modern times. I think it was. One of the reasons was because of the expansion of vote-by-mail throughout the country due to covid restrictions. This meant that 90% of the voters were able to cast paper ballots, which created less room for possible problems with the voting machines.

Vote-by-mail also enabled people to vote much more easily. This was a big advantage for Biden and the Democratic down-ballot races.

In retaliation, Trump and his people slowed down post office operations as much as possible, to make sure that many votes never got counted in time. If anyone got cheated, I think it was Biden.

Trump convinced many of his followers that expanded vote-by-mail was the blueprint for stealing an election.

Read that again, slowly.

The reason this lefty writer believes the 2020 election was "one of the cleanest elections in modern times" - chock-full of integrity, as his chosen title signals - was precisely because it was conducted largely by mail, so just about everybody could vote without even having to get up off of the sofa, much less identify themselves as qualified to vote in any meaningful way.

That is also precisely the reason that the Right believes the election to have been stolen.

Right now, the Democrat Congress is preparing to pass HR1, a bill to Federally require all of the same election-process changes, legal and illegal, that so befouled 2020.  Among many, many other things, it forces states to implement early voting, automatic voter registration, same-day registration, online voter registration, and no-fault absentee balloting.

These "requirements" are inherently fraud-prone; many of them violate international standards on election transparency.  Our Mexican neighbors and many impoverished third-world countries require highly-secure voter IDs, for example.

The Democrats spin this bill as being designed to take aim at institutional barriers to voting, including cumbersome voter registration systems, disenfranchisement, and limited voting hours.  They are not wrong: it does, indeed, do away with all those things.  That's what makes the election dirty.

Requiring voter ID, for example, will without doubt disenfranchise a great many people who don't have valid government IDs.  There are, of course, a certain number of genuine American citizens who happen not to have bothered to obtain an ID.  There are a far vaster number of potential voters who don't have a valid ID for good reason: they are here illegally; they are here legally but are not citizens; they are dead; they moved out of state; you name it.

There is a reason we have traditionally had voter registration systems.  Yes, we want eligible voters to be able to vote, but we also want to prevent ineligible ones from voting.

Again, return to why our lefty friend so loved 2020's election and found it squeaky clean: it was super easy for literally anyone to vote!  I do not think "clean" means what he thinks it means.

When the Dems shout "Count every vote!" they aren't kidding, since they know they can gin up as many as they could ever want - US-citizen voters not required.

The Devastating Bottom Line

We know why our lefty friend is flinging screeds out onto the Internet rather than sitting in a Congressional seat: Elected Democrats are smarter than he is, and also, he is immeasurably more honest than they are.

Imagine if he were somehow one of the House impeachment managers, and he stood up to make his case with a pure heart.  Joe Biden won fair and square, he says, and the election was totally honest, precisely because literally all the votes were counted no matter where they came from (a neighboring state, China, Kinkos, mysterious truck deliveries in the dead of night) or who filled them out.  We counted all the votes, by gum, and we kept counting until Joe Biden won!

Consider, in contrast, his opinion on what we would consider to be a free and fair election: one where the Tech Lords and mainstream media did not have absolute control over what issues were freely discussed; where every vote was matched to a specific living, breathing, eligible U.S. Citizen; and when all votes, or nearly so, were cast by that selfsame voter in person on Election Day, having been verified as to identity and qualification by independent witnesses.

About the only election rule we'd both agree as constituting a Good Thing, is "being able to cast paper ballots, which created less room for possible problems with the voting machines."  Would that it were so!

Obviously, he'd immediately decry our ideal election as hopelessly bigoted and racist because of all the Democrat voters who can't be bothered to come up with the same photo ID that's required for everything from welfare benefits to Section 8 housing, or to haul their tuchuses a few blocks to the appointed polling place on the designated day.

His number one electoral value, it would seem, is openness to any ballot that happens to turn up.  That is a value not shared by, well, at least 75 million Americans.

How many actual Americans who truly did vote for Joe Biden share that value?  One is too many, but clearly it's the mantra of most Democrat elected officials and government employees.

If we cannot even agree in principle on what constitutes a free and fair election, there's no hope we'll ever again have one while both views are in the same electorate.  But at least we can be grateful to this one truth-telling lefty who portrayed his position so plainly, and highlights the deadly peril Our Democracy is in for any remaining doubters.

What I thought you was going to point out was if the reverse was true and Trump had won with all the computer mixups making Rep votes Dem like as happened, or whistle blowers saying late entries came in late at night, or all the other irregularities that was witnessed. You know very well the Dems would be burning down cities, screaming for a full investigation, and otherwise having a complete tantrum.
Then if the Reps said nothing happened, the dems would go completely off the rails. I have yet to find a Dem who would admit that fact we all know from past performance to be the truth.

ELECTION INTEGRITY:

1 PAPER BALLOTS ONLY 2 VOTER ID CARD (ANYONE WITH ENOUGH GUMPTION SHOULD BE ABLE TO GET TO THEIR LOCAL ELECTION OFFICE TO GET ONE) 3 VOTE IN PERSON OR BY MAIL FOR THOSE WHO ARE NOT ABLE TO GO TO A POLLING PLACE. NO EXCUSES FOR LAZY PEOPLE! 4 NO EARLY VOTING, NO LATE VOTING. THERE IS ONE ELECTION DAY

Unfortunately, legal, verified voting along with validation of who voted has been outlawed therefore, voting is futile. Add to that the complicity of the Republicans with the Dems against we-the-people, and you have us against the uniparty.
Immediately after Jan 21, there was a lot of talk about creating a 3rd party for the 75 million Trump voters of which I am one, to represent us. Pseudo-conservatives and conservative media immediately jumped on why that is a bad idea. I whole heartedly and fundamentally disagree. The one and only thing the uniparty fears more than Trump, more than anything, is a 3rd party consisting of huge numbers of like minded voters who will most definitely come out and vote each and every election. A 3rd party as described would be a force to be reckoned with. Yes, the media would downplay and minimize but who cares. If we had 30+% of any election, win of lose, we would have to be heard. And make no mistake, when, after McConnell conceded Biden won and said "now we can get back to business", he absolutely DID NOT mean mine and your business, the people's business. No! He meant back to the business of enriching themselves using our money and putting us last. The uniparty is what runs the US. The uniparty is exempt and immune from all laws and any morality or ethics you and me might have. The uniparty is there to ensure the uniparty continues to exist and any and all attempts at exposing it or attacking it are crushed. Just like they did with the tea party. Just like they did will occupy Wall Street.
The bs rhetoric against a 3rd party is this "no....that won't work. Instead, try harder, hope more, pray, wait, etc... and maybe it will change". IT WILL NOT CHANGE. It will only, as we are seeing, get worse. Understand that doing nothing and waiting is exactly what the uniparty wants so they can once and for all, solidify power and control over us. Just look at the new gun bill and try to fathom what the uniparty is doing to our Constitutional rights. Psychological testing before you can purchase a gun. And that's just the beginning.
There are no limits to how far the uniparty will go. If you don't believe me, look up the Naomi Wolf interview with Tucker from the other night. When liberals are afraid of the uniparty, you know somethings really wrong.
In my opinion, the greatest legacy Trump can leave us is to create a 3rd party based on his/our values and interests namely, make and keep America great. And all the better if Trump is the first leader of the new party.
We are experiencing The Big Lie against a 3rd party and the lie is coming from the entrenched uniparty and the dc swamp.

Update from CPAC and Trump speech 3/28/21 - no 3rd party.

Trump will not be starting a 3rd party despite the overwhelming national support for a 3rd party and despite his inability to drain the swamp from the Senate, House or DC bureaucracy while he was President.

So the ball is in Trumps court and we'll see what he does or doesn't do. I'm praying we begin to see regularly occurring, definitive and decisive action by Trump and the republicans moving forward. And soon.

I pray I'm wrong.

I have to say, Trump is probably 1 hour into his COAC speech and I haven't heard one thing that inspires me or gives me hope.

I'm sticking with my plan- move south to a red state and hope the state government can resist the removal of our rights by the federal government led by the leftists.

February 28, 2021 10:42 PM

@Rico B

I have been led to believe that Mr. Trump defined Trumpism at CPAC. Sounds attractive to me....

https://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2021/03/trump_defines_trumpism.html

I'm hearing that term ["Trumpism"] more and more. I didn't come up with it, but what it means is great deals, great trade deals, great ones, not deals where we give away everything, our jobs, money.

[snip]

It means low taxes and eliminating job killing regulations, Trumpism. It means strong borders, but people coming into our country based on a system of merit. So, they come in and they can help us as opposed to coming here and not being good for us, including criminals, of which there are many, it means no riots in the streets. It means law enforcement. It means very strong protection for the Second Amendment and the right to keep and bear arms. It means support for the forgotten men and women who have been taken advantage of for so many years.

[snip]

And it means a strong military and taking care of our vets....

[snip]

The mission of our movement and of the Republican Party must be to create a future of good jobs, strong family, safe communities, a vibrant culture, and a great nation for all Americans.

[snip]

We take great pride in our country. We teach the truth about history. We celebrate our rich heritage and national traditions. We honor George Washington, Abraham Lincoln, Thomas Jefferson, and all national heroes. And of course, we respect our great American flag.

[snip]

We believe in patriotic education and strongly oppose the radical indoctrination of Americans youth. It's horrible. We are committed to defending innocent life and to upholding the Judeo-Christian values of our Founders and our founding. We have raised free thought, we stand up to political correctness, and we reject left-wing lunacy. And in particular, we reject cancel culture. We know that the rule of law is the ultimate safeguard. And we affirm that the Constitution means exactly what it says, as written, as written.

[snip]

We believe in law and order and we believe that the men and women of law enforcement are heroes who truly deserve our absolute support. We don't defund the police.

[snip]

We believe in standing up to China, shutting down outsourcing, bringing back our factories and supply chains, and ensuring that America, not China dominates, the future of the world.

[snip]

Companies that leave America to create jobs in China and other countries that have ripped us off for years, should not be rewarded. They should be tariffed, fined, and punished.

[snip]

These are the convictions that define our movement today and must define the Republican Party in the years ahead. Very simple. It's really quite simple, isn't it?

[snip]

We must pass comprehensive election reforms and we must do it now.

[snip]

Now more than ever is the time for tough, strong, and energetic Republican leaders who have spines of steel. We need strong leadership. We cannot have leaders who show more passion for condemning their fellow Americans than they have ever shown for standing up to Democrats, the media and the radicals who want to turn America into a socialist country. Instead of attacking me and more importantly, the voters of our movement, top establishment Republicans in Washington should be spending your energy and opposing Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, and the Democrats.

There is a very well covered up story of the conspiracy to corrupt the 2020 election. Information about it is easily found. It's all available online - never-before-seen documents, and interviews with dozens of those involved from across the political spectrum.

It reveals an unprecedented and determined campaign by a group of well-funded and powerful people to interfere with the proper outcome of the election. It's important to understand that the election of Joe Biden didn't happen accidentally. The election was carefully planned and executed by this group.

That's why the group wants the secret to be kept a secret. If it were to become known, the citizens of the United States would rise up against Biden's pseudo-administration. These people know this. It's the reason the Capitol is surrounded by barricades, concertina wire, and several thousand of National guard personnel.

No one is supposed to know that a well-funded cabal of powerful people from all industries and ideologies worked together behind the scenes to influence perceptions, change rules and laws, steer media coverage, control the flow of information, and actually did rig the election.

The public needs to understand how very fragile our system of governance is so, we can all ensure that our republic can survive. For if we don't, we will pay the price in our loss of liberty. All that's required is that we remain silent.

Thanks WO for the recap of the Trumpism speech. I would hope he will also emphasize one of his best pre Covid achievements.... high employment rates for key minorities like African Americans and Hispanics. All the Dems offer is welfare and inner city squalor. With Trump's amped up economy, many of these minority folks had the opportunity to negotiate wages and not just accept what's offered. Obviously folks with well paying full time jobs don't need a welfare " Case worker" so Dems lose a lot of political hacks. And their children can go to schools that don't emphasize elevated teacher pay/benefits over student achievement... to the detriment of the teacher unions. These are important for quality of life and cutting off Dem funding from the swamp.

The Federalist gave us a very good summary why so many voters re unwilling to say that the election was legitimate.

Courts Repeatedly Refused To Consider Trump's Election Claims On The Merits

https://thefederalist.com/2021/03/11/courts-repeatedly-refused-to-consider-trumps-election-claims-on-the-merits/

The article identifies 29 separate cases that were filed and shows that most of them were dismissed without even considering case merits or any of the facts claimed. The article says:

Also, did 20,000 people vote who do not live in the state, when Georgia's electoral votes were allotted by an approximately 12,000 margin to Biden? We never learned the answers to those questions nor even examined the evidence, because Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger was not a candidate for office nor the election superintendent who conducted the election, and therefore per state law, was not liable.

Similarly, a Trump lawsuit in Michigan (Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. v. Benson) alleging state law was violated by the failure to allow access by observers, and seeking to stop counting, was ruled moot since it was not filed until 4:00 p.m. on Nov. 4, after votes were counted. The judge simultaneously relieved the secretary of state of responsibility for any wrongdoing because she had issued guidance requiring admission of credentialed challengers.

So we are left with the memory of the videos of vote counters clapping as Republican observers were evicted and of covers being placed over windows. The judge on this case also said Michigan Secretary of State Jocelyn Benson bore no legal responsibility for video monitoring of drop boxes nor of making video from such surveillance available, despite a recently passed law requiring surveillance of all drop boxes installed after Oct. 1.

...

Absurdities: When 'Shall' Doesn't Mean Shall

At times, judges resorted to Clintonian wordsmithing to relieve a word of its recognized meaning. A state Supreme Court judge in Pennsylvania was tasked with reviewing the eligibility of 2,349 mail-in ballots that were purportedly defective according to the state Election Code (Ziccarelli v. Allegheny County Board of Elections).

In the court's decision, he noted "We agree with the Campaign's observation that.the General Assembly set forth the requirements for how a qualified elector may cast a valid absentee or mail-in ballot . We further agree that these sections of the Election Code specifically provide that each voter 'shall (emphasis added) fill out, date, and sign' the declaration on the outside envelope. We do not agree with the Campaign's contention, however, that because the General Assembly used the word 'shall' in this context, it is of necessity that the directive is a mandatory one ."

Indeed. Why even write laws? Perhaps the Pennsylvania Supreme Court would feel differently if their rulings were subjected to such an open interpretation.

A federal lawsuit in the same state (Donald J. Trump for President, Inc. v. Boockvar) included a claim that some Democrat counties implemented a "notice and cure" policy, allowing defective ballots to be fixed and counted, while Republican counties did not, thereby creating an equal protection issue.

Much more in the article.

Here's an interesting idea for purging voter rolls - use the same logic they use to populate the Do Not Fly list!

A No-Fly Voter List? Now There's a Grand Idea!

https://www.americanthinker.com/articles/2021/03/a_nofly_voter_list_now_theres_a_grand_idea.html

It's reported that the Department of Homeland Security wants to look at citizens' social media posts and if they do not comply with the government's narrative, they may be placed on the No Fly List! (link in the article)

One of our team members said: "Why don't we create a "No Fly List" for voters. Make it a NO VOTE LIST for known bad guys, fake addresses, dead voters, underage voters and other known fake profiles.

Here's how it might work.

We load the voter rolls for elections as far back as 2008 for every state.

We cross reference with the death record databases, where available, the postal boxes (UPS, FedEx, Mailboxes ETC), the Postal Change of Address Databases and scores of other publicly available databases that show where people say they live. And when they said they lived there.

There are non-public databases we can rent that add a lot of data-richness.

...

People better not have voted in three states in the same election, or they are going to get flagged. The FBI won't investigate unless they are white and conservative, but they will have been identified as a likely fraudster. Identified equals out-of-business for awhile.

Remember, our guys are fraud investigators, so they think like the bad actors. That is a very valuable point of view.

What if we display the actual bad actors, state by state, in a real time, from publicly available database where anyone can log on and see their neighbor voted in three states, and twice in the Beto vs. Cruz race? Wouldn't that be just fun?

It gets better.

Hey, this is public data. We are just enriching it with cross-database search. Just like the No Fly List.

We aren't saying someone committed fraud, we are just pointing out they are 16 years old, their address is a P.O. Box, or a vacant lot, and they cast 11 ballots. Let's not judge here!

If it's public data that Billy voted in Texas and Louisiana, who cares? Well, Billy may care when cross-database search shows his neighbors he did it on the same day, twice each time.

Look, here's Jack, he was born in 1776, maybe he knew George Washington! Wow, look at Sebastian, he has 761 people living in his two-bedroom condo. Pablo, we thought he lived in Texas; hmmm, he voted in seven states last year, really interesting. Dolores and Trish have been dead since 1936, but still vote in every election, that's it, girls!

Fraud infrastructure takes decades to deliberately creep into the voter rolls. It is then leveraged in every election.

Sovereign bad actors would be forced to register tens of thousands of people, in many states in a few months. Finding enough fake addresses, vacant lots, creating non-persons at scale quickly is pretty hard; especially since they would all have to be new.

Wow, thanks DHS, what a great idea: A No Fly Voter List for known fraudsters and their scam addresses.
